In Manitoba, we only enjoy the golf season 4-5 months out of the year. If you haven't been keeping up with your game throughout the winter, you could be prone to injury. Physical Therapist Brian Buffie offers tips to safely get you back on the course, how to improve your swing, and insight to what’s happening with Tiger Woods.
