Delivered through our Performance Centre, these monthly presentations feature keynote speakers who'll cover everything from developing a growth mindset, to discipline, to offseason training, combined with the latest in sport science to enrich the development and knowledge of our teams.

Athlete Combines

Get all of your pre, mid, and post-season testing completed in one quick session and receive instant results. Using our state-of-the-art sport testing equipment, athletes will run through power and strength tests, as well as speed, agility, and quickness drills. We'll track progress and monitor long-term athlete development goals.

Combines are open to all athletes, from all sports and levels to challenge themselves in a fun testing environment.

Concussion: Baseline Testing

The Manitoba Concussion Working Group, in partnership with Parachute Canada has compiled its recommendations for baseline concussion testing for youth in Manitoba.

This document can be used as a guide for concussion baseline testing among young athletes (18 and under) in Manitoba and can be a great resource for athletes, parents, coaches, trainers and other sport stakeholders. With the addition of our three Coach and Athlete Development Coordinators over the last couple years, we're better able to offer services for athletes and coaches in the south, west, and east, including:

• strength and conditioning
• coach education and training
• training plan development, and so much more!

Multi-Sport In-Season Training

This program is designed for athletes aged 13-21 years old living in the East region of the province, who have a background in competitive sport(s), who may benefit from doing in-season training, including strength and core exercises to aid in recovery from practice and competition. Excellent program for those looking to participate in the 2019 Canada Winter Games or 2019 Western Canada Summer Games.

Learn to Lift (Ages 12-14)

This 8-week fitness program provides an opportunity for youth aged 12-14 to engage with the Learn To Train stage of development, perfecting the five basic functional movements: squatting, lunging, pressing, pulling and loaded carrying. Be more confident in your skills and in the gym by understanding these basic movement skills.
