Meet Eddie Toledo, Territory Manager for Southeast Florida

APOC Territory Manager and South Florida native Eddie Toledo began his roofing career nearly 20 years ago as a senior sales representative for a roof tile manufacturer. Eddie has seen what extreme heat, damaging UV rays, severe thunderstorms and of course, hurricanes, can do to a roof. As a result, Eddie has become a huge proponent of APOC Silicone Roof Systems for roof restoration. The Challenges:
The existing roof, modified granule over a metal deck, was 10+ years old and in fair condition. Several areas were leak-prone and there was significant granule loss. Building is located in South Florida where extreme heat and damaging UV rays are prevalent along with frequent heavy rain.

The Solutions:
The APOC ARMOR 3-component system was selected for this restoration. Open seams and flashings were repaired with APOC 483 Polyester and APOC 515 Patch & Sealant. APOC 583 provided the perfect base for the monolithic and waterproofing protection of the APOC 585 ARMOR FLEX White coating.

The Benefits:
