Mini Chicken Meatloaves

Mini Chicken Meatloaves

Quick, nutritious and protein-packed Manitoba Chicken Recipe

A new delicious twist on traditional meat loaf. Manitoba Chicken's Mini Chicken Meatloaves are delicious, quick to make and packed with protein and veggies. They are a perfect supper entrée and leftovers are excellent for lunch or a post-game snack.

Studies show that good nutrition plays a huge role in performance success. When athletes are well-nourished, they are more likely to perform better, have more energy and tend to gravitate towards low-nutrient snacks less often.

For many parents of athletes, rigorous training and game schedules can make the supper time rush a source of stress, but it doesn't have to be. Recipes don't get any easier than mixing all of the ingredients in one bowl, dividing into muffin cups, baking and enjoying with potatoes and steamed veggies.
