Canada Games Sport for Life Centre Construction Update

Each day, the Canada Games Sport for Life Centre looks different and gets closer to being completed. Construction is happening quickly and there's only several months until it opens! Registration for the Canada Games Activity Challenge is Now Open

Attention Teachers! The Canada Games Activity Challenge is a program developed for you to promote daily activity and physical literacy to your students. It's also an exciting way for kids to get involved in Canada's 150th birthday and the 50th anniversary of the Canada Games. Teachers can register classes from November 17, 2016 - January 27, 2017.

Coach of the Month - Steve Baria

By teaching a game wrapped in respect, Steve Baria can't help but share the spirit of the sport of ultimate. The Winnipegger has been coaching for nearly a decade. New Fitness Classes at the Sport for Life Centre

The Canada Games Sport for Life Centre in Winnipeg is excited to announce new fitness classes starting January 2017. You can now take Ashtanga Yoga, Kettlebell FUNdamentals, Cardio Circuit, Spin & Stretch, Barbell Basics, or TRX Strong. Classes are offered mornings, lunch hour, and evenings. All classes are open to the public - no membership required! Register before December 15 and you will be entered to win either your class for free ($139 value) or a one hour massage compliments of our Sport Medicine Clinic ($80 value).
