|
Earlier this month, the Manitoba government announced a $3.6 million contribution to the Downtown Community Safety Partnership (DCSP).
The funding will allow the 24/7 DCSP teams to continue to enhance the health, safety and well-being of everyone in the downtown community, including BIZ members.

The Manitoba government is also providing the DCSP with $175K for an accessible van to transport individuals with disabilities and mobility needs to access the services they need.
The DCSP can assist with non-emergency, non-violent community safety and wellness concerns, that may include individuals that pose a risk to themselves through non-threatening and non-escalating behaviours.
